• Weekly Art classes are for children from 4 (48 months) - 9 years old. 

• Duration of each lesson is 1 hour and takes two lessons to complete a craft.

• Two lesson trial class must be attended in subsequent weeks as it typically takes 2 lessons to complete a craft.                      (In example, 3rd January and 10th January).

• All art materials are inclusive in the fees.

• All classes are strictly drop-off only in order to avoid unnecessary distraction. If needed, our studio has glass door panels and windows where your child can be seen. 

• 12 classes are valid for 16 weeks from commencement of first class.

(In example, if first class commences on 8th January 2023, the package is valid until the 23th April 2023).

• All packages are for individual usage. No sharing is allowed.

• Packages are transferable to another child but non-refundable.

• Drop-off and Pick-up Time: We kindly ask that you drop off your child no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time and pick them up no later than 10 minutes after the class ends to support a disruption-free and smooth transition. 

• 12 hours notice required for cancellations or session fees will be forfeited.

• Replacement classes are to be arranged within each cycle. (See example table below):

  • Sunday’s class is the start and Saturday’s class is the end of each cycle.

  • If a child is absent for part 1 of a craft and cannot find a suitable replacement class, the child would be required to miss part 2.

  • If a child is absent for part 2 of a craft and cannot find a suitable replacement class, we will hand over the uncompleted craft to the parent. If basic materials are available, we will provide them to be completed at home.
