Behavioral Expectations
• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, peers, and the studio environment.
• If a child is found to be unsuitable for group classes, parents will be informed and the programme may be discontinued.​

Drop-Off Policy​
• All classes are drop-off only.
• Parents are not permitted to remain in the classroom during lessons.​
​
Materials
• All art materials are included in the fees.

Health and Safety
• While reasonable care is taken, PeiPer Arts School is not liable for any injury sustained during classes or on the premises.

Allergies
​• PeiPer Arts School does not operate an allergen-free studio environment.
• Parents must inform us in writing of any known allergies prior to enrolment.
• Children with severe allergies should not attend.
• PeiPer Arts School is not liable for allergic reactions.

Photography and Marketing
• By enrolling, parents consent to the use of photographs or videos of their child for marketing purposes.
• Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed must inform us in writing.

Change to Terms
• PeiPer Arts School reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.​
Acceptance
• Enrolment and payment constitute acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.

Eligibility & Class Structure
• Weekly Art classes are for children aged 4 - 12 years old.
• Each weekly lesson lasts 75 minutes.
• Each craft project is designed to be completed over two lessons and must be completed over 2 consecutive weeks.​

Validity
Lesson packages are offered as lesson credits with fixed validity periods, where one credit equals one 75-minute lesson.
• 4 lessons: Valid for 4 consecutive weeks
• 8 lessons: Valid for 10 consecutive weeks
• 16 lessons: Valid for 20 consecutive weeks
• 40 lessons: Valid for 52 consecutive weeks
Validity begins from Week 1, which is the first attended lesson, and continues consecutively regardless of public holidays, school holidays, travel, illness, or personal scheduling.
Packages cannot be paused, extended, shared, transferred, or deferred.
All fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once a package has commenced.

Trial Classes
​• Trial consists of 2 trial lessons and must be completed over 2 consecutive weeks
• Trial fees are non-refundable
• Trial lessons are subject to availability and suitability
​
Registration Fee
• A one-time registration fee is required for all students upon enrolment after the trial experience.
• The registration fee applies regardless of package duration.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.

Missed Classes and Replacements
Our weekly craft cycle runs from Tuesday to Sunday.
If a child is unable to attend their regular class in a given week, parents may choose one of the following options, subject to availability and package validity:​​​​
